How to Check In
Check in at least 4 hours prior to departure as the counter closes 1 hour prior to departure. Online check-in services are not available so be sure to go early to avoid long waiting queues at the airport.
Hand your luggage to the friendly ground staff for weighing at the check-in counter and do make sure to keep luggage weight below the limit as excess baggage is charged at USD10 per kilogram. Depending on location, the free baggage allowance is 20 to 40 kilograms. When booking air tickets online, the free baggage allowance will be calculated. Be sure to make use of the other free hand-carry baggage allowance of a generous 10 kilograms -- as long as everything fits within a reasonable size!
Though the airline sports a distinctive green livery, its seats are brown or black, and embellished with a bright red headrest.
