Affordable for a reason

Excellent welcome at the lobby. Room was very small but well equipped.
Cleanliness was subpar, spots on the wall and floor of the washroom of unknown substance. Baseboard dirty as well.
Miss-sized window coverings, a broken unused baseboard heater, that should have been removed as it was dented and rusted.
Sink plug was stuck, but they responded quickly and fixed the issue.
Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and TV all worked very well.
Mattress very firm, pillows deflated and flat once you placed your head.
Mini split/ heat pump worked extremely well.
It was affordable and staff was pleasant.

I was avoiding this hotel thinking it would be terrible. Rooms were clean and well renovated, beds were comfortable. Hotel area was very quiet. Price was great .... would stay again.

The included breakfasts were very good. The pool was unusable. The staff were doing their jobs. There was no wifi and it hadn't need in operation for a while so…not so great. It was an okay place to sleep and have breakfast but other than that, not very memorable. No daytime dining. The place is pretty dated and needs some love.

The rooms were well cleaned and the staff we dealt with were very helpful.
The breakfast could use a little organization, everything was jammed together in one spot. It was very chaotic, and not a great selection for food.
