这家酒店房间太让人惊喜了！装修是高级的简约风，浅色调搭配质感家具，温馨又精致。沙发床设计实用又好看，主卧床铺柔软舒适，躺上去直接不想起~浴室配备智能马桶和浴缸，细节满分。整体干净整洁，氛围感拉满，住得超舒心，性价比绝了，下次来还选这！

这家店是在市郊，门口在修马路，交通非常不方便，房间很小，下午 3 点 30 到预定房间，竟然房间还在打扫，垃圾堆在门口，地面全湿的情况下，告诉我们，可以入住了，果断拒绝，换房间，结果大雷还在后面，电视是坏的，前台竟然叫来保洁人员来修电视，电视没有修好，告诉我客人都不看电视。这时候电视又挂不到墙上了，又叫来一大爷。送走这两人准备睡觉，又发现床单大面积都是起球，真是无语啦，连最基本的床品都这么次，跟店家交涉，店家经理一直不接电话，没有解决的态度！大家千万要避坑！！

你好亲，首先很抱歉发生这样的事情，我们已经尽力处理您的诉求，没能达到全额给您退款让您满意很抱歉，因为我们也有实际入住成本，再者我看您补充点评说我们是远郊不是市区，希望您不要因为个人情绪误导其他人，地图造不了假，可以随便验证。我们在金水路298号，地图上可以显示，可能您的城市跟青岛不一样，青岛比较大，可能您觉得只有五四广场那边才算是市区。在青岛我们属于市区四区之一李沧区，挨着院士港，地图全部可查，最后还是抱歉没达到您的心理预期，祝您生活愉快
