This place was great, and the guys who own it are extremely hospitable. Would stay here again. The only thing that wasn’t perfect is though it says parking included on hotel.com you do have to pay extra for that as well as a city tax per guest, so price is a bit misleading.

It was a wonderful stay at the sky high rooms and I was truly impressed by the warm atmosphere, the excellent service, and the attention to detail.
A very special thank you goes to Antonio and Tony, the managers, who made my stay even more enjoyable. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the guests really stood out.They were always available, helpful, and made me truly welcome.
People like Tony and Antonio make the difference and turn a good stay into a memorable one.
Thank you again, Tony and Antonio, and congratulations to the entire team. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back!

Fantastic staff. Antonio showed us our room and told us everything we needed to know about the area to help us have a better stay. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the local beach. Showed us on a map where to eat and recommended great local spots around town. The views from the room are unbelievable. Best around. Bathroom and shower are great!

Royal Suites a Great Boutique Hotel Experience

This boutique hotel was amazing ! The service provided by Antonio and the food cooked by Mariia was excellent! The room was small yet perfectly appointed ! It was cleaned everyday when we went out ! They even provided an early check in on our first day after our ferry came to Split early. And one more amazing thing they did was provide us with a take away breakfast when we had to leave at 04.30 to catch our flight !! Kudos to the staff here at Royal Suites.
