This hotel is located in a very convenient area and provides a great city experience. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as nearby laundromats, which is helpful since the property does not offer laundry service.
One of the highlights of the location is the beautiful park directly across the street. There is also a city tram just around the block that can take you downtown in minutes. For those planning day trips, the train station is only about a mile away and provides easy access to places like Monaco for a very reasonable fare. Be aware that the trains are popular and can be standing-room-only during busy times, although the ride itself is fairly short.
The hotel lobby is charming and welcoming, the breakfast offered each morning was quite good, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the guest rooms were the weakest part of the experience. They felt more like an older motel than a modern hotel. The rooms were very small, with barely enough space to move around the beds comfortably. While the bathrooms featured attractive artistic tile work and were visually appealing, they were also quite compact. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom, no ironing boards available, and the carpeting throughout the room felt dated and not what I typically expect from a hotel.

Very bad experience; I am ready to take legal action if necessary.

Awful, avoid it; bathroom has mold.
Irresponsible management, room window is boarded up, street noise, electrical buttons crackle in the shower for €167 and €15 for parking 400 meters away.

Very small rooms, no tea, milk or sugar available had to ask for them, walks are very thin and you hear every sound, bed was hard! Not a 3star more like a 2

Don't bother

Im not sure where to start so I thought id number it for ease..
1. It smells so bad. The bathroom smells like a public toilet.
2. Its dirty. The floor, walls and doors are dirty. We had boogies on the bathroom door.
3. Fleas. We were bitten several times and saw them jumping on the bed.
4. No kettle, drinks or fridge in the room.
5. Noise. It is very noisy with doors banging all night and traffic outside.
6. The beds are rock hard and make it very difficult to sleep.
7. The man on reception is awful but the lady is very nice. Its like roulette who you get.
Im really surprised this is part of the @easyjet holiday package and certainly not 3 star.
On the plus side its close to a tram stop so you can get out of here.

Basic but dated

The staff are friendly and helpful and the common areas of the hotel are clean and modern. The rooms though are quite dated and smell musty - the room I stayed in definately did not look like the official pictures! Be careful of using the shower as it soaked the whole floor so anything I put on it (such as clean clothes) got drenched. The room lacked some basic amenities e.g. there was no fridge or kettle. The area was nice during the day and it is is close to a park and tram stop but its well outside the old town and was very quiet to walk though at night (which didn't feel entirely safe). Also would suggest that you don't stay at the hotel if you have mobility issues because there is a step to get into it and whilst there is a lift, the lift stops inbetween floors which means there is a flight of stairs to go up or down to get to your room.
