Frozen all night

Almost froze to death. My girlfriend and och were in 2 single rooms which were functionally furnished. The outside temperature was minus 5 degrees at night. It worked in both rooms no heating and there was no hot water. I slid in full assembly (coat beanie scarf stockings and still frozen woe a cutter. Also the bathroom was freezing cold and there was no hot water. Since we came back late at night to the room ksmen and the night porter greeted us greeted and with a sinister face and we had to go through long corridors felt wor the situation as scary to say the least. The next morning we told the lady at the reception that neither heating nor hot water had worked and we therefore want at least half of the room rate back. she was very sorry but said that she could not de-entscheoden it herself gave us an e-mail address. Other guests had been relocated to another area we had forgotten because of the late arrival so to speak. We both wrote a complaint but there was no reaction whatsoever. After a rough and quiet call, this has to inform us again immediately the management but we have never heard anything again neither an apology let alone an apology. For me it is certain that I will no longer enter this ice cave in life and recommend it to no one else.
