I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
The listing advertised a desk, dining table and kitchenette, but there was no desk at check-in. The only table and kitchen sink were outside on a shared rooftop containing exposed pipes, drainage channels, solar equipment, damaged and rusted surfaces, strong wind and constant sea and traffic noise.
The room was extremely cramped. We could not unpack three suitcases without blocking the only walkway and access to the wardrobe. The bed was extremely hard, the refrigerator was dirty and rusted, there was an unpleasant smell of damp and possible mould, the air conditioning worked poorly, the water pressure was very weak and we had cold water when we tried to shower at night.
The host refused both a refund and alternative accommodation. She raised her voice, repeatedly told us that we had paid “a small amount” and later offered to remove or rearrange the kitchen and storage unit to add the desk that should already have existed.
We were here for both business and holiday purposes, but instead of working and resting, we lost money, working time and almost two days dealing with complaints. We had to pay for another property ourselves and received no refund for the unused nights. The entire experience left us exhausted, stressed and physically unwell.
I would never recommend this property.
