Fantastic Service Throughout

The staff were consistently kind, polite and helpful without ever feeling intrusive. Their positive attitude really added to the experience and made us feel like valued guests.

Nightmare vacation

This facility is terrible; you eat better in a cafeteria, horrible breakfast, lunch with very few dishes and of very poor quality, dinner with leftovers from lunch or vice versa, you have to wait in line to get drinks which are served in plastic cups anyway, all basic hygiene regulations are missing, cutlery is at everyone's mercy, fruit is missing, coffee is missing, which even if it is from the machine is served only in the morning, the rooms are old, the only positive point is the view and the scenery and obviously the sea is wonderful, strongly discouraged.

Great holiday. Hotel needs to change

Im not one to complain and never usually leave reviews but felt i needed to this time.
The location of this hotel is beautiful and the staff are polite, but this is not a good all inclusive. The choice of food is very limited and there is nothing for kids. Chips are only served once every few days, so if the kids don't like anything else they can't even have chips.
Breakfast consists of beans, hotdogs, sometimes scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, ham cheese, 3 cereals and tinned fruit with Yogurt. There is bread but only one 2 slice Toaster for all the guests to share.
Lunch has potato balls almost every day with pasta and a few other options. No fresh fruit, no ham or cheese for sandwiches, no butter for the bread, there is salad and usually 1 desert available.
Dinner is the same. We ate out most of the time, which we weren't expecting when we had paid for all inclusive. I'm not a fussy eater but it just wasn't good.
The filters in the pool are broken so be careful! They will easily slice your feet if you touch them.
The soft drinks taste awful, and the snacks are left over croissants and some biscuits. You can't get a cup of coffee unless it's Breakfast time or snack time between 3-5.
Our air con didn't work very well, even though we reported it more than once, there were ants in our room and it smelled of sewerage.
There is also very limited entertainment and nothing aimed at kids.
It's such a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential. It's in a beautiful place, it just needs someone new to take over and make it better.
Overall a great holiday but spent about £800 extra on food for 5 people over 10 days

An interesting but lovely find..

I’m going to mirror exactly what Claire H has said below as it’s 2:42am on our 3rd day and I’m lay in bed laughing my head off as we too had blocked drains today showering & when the maintenance man came to fix it, it STANK! ..
Anyway, I’m here to also provide my honest review, and to be fair, this is going to probably be nice as we don’t believe in crucifying business’.
First of all, location is brilliant for families, I’ve been coming to Rhodes 30+ years and have stayed in Pefkos a few times. There are lots of great restaurants and food/dessert places as well as mini supermarkets and so on.. we do always get a car from the airport for the whole time we’re here so we’re able to travel everywhere.
On arrival, the staff were super friendly, very smiley and welcoming. They explained the rules really clearly and yes the €70 tax nearly took my head off but luckily we had cash! Car park is next door and if that is too full then there is another one just a few yards up the road, so it’s super handy for parking.
The €50 deposit is so pointless as it’s only for the aircon remote and the TV remote but it is what it is, so just make sure you have cash!
The mini mart on site is good with lots of drinks and snacks to choose from.
The all inclusive… well then, … we attempted it for the first night because we were too pooped to head out and it was a 2/10 tops! Watery carrots, pink chicken and unseasoned pasta - no Greek dishes sadly but I do have to say, we are food snobs so some people might find this food actually ok - but just not for us.
We only ever book all inclusive hotels just in case we decide to eat in one night as we always eat out, so this wasn’t a massive disappointment to us but if you’re someone who is planning to stay at the resort the full time, then the food is definitely not the best, but again, we’re food snobs!
Our room so far has been cleaned thoroughly and honestly, the best I’ve seen cleaners do!
The cleaners and staff are also so so friendly - please tip if you are able to because it is so obvious they work really hard and take pride in doing the best they can..
We can definitely say we won’t come back but it’s out of LOVE & not dissatisfaction as it’s not a bad hotel at all but just not something we’d book again. One really positive I will also add is that when our shower drain was blocked, the maintenance man was out to our room within 30minutes and fixed the issues and this is a great example of the level of service this hotel provides.
Some of the reviews on here have really torn the hotel apart and I don’t think it’s anywhere near some of the comments I’ve seen, if it is within budget then go for it. ☺️

Terrible hotel

Terrible hotel, let's start with the negative things; upon our arrival, we had to go to an ATM to pay 110€ immediately for the tourist tax plus a 50€ deposit to get the remote controls and the room key. Poor organization in the restaurant; I would call the restaurant a cafeteria, actually, I eat better in a cafeteria. They give you a token and you have to wait in line to get a drink; I used to do that on vacation in the 80s, poor quality food. At lunch there isn't much choice, often leftovers from the day before and food that is fried anyway. At dinner, the usual meat and the usual fish, I didn't see any variety of food. As for vegetables, always the same ones, and anyway, given that the owners are Greek, I never saw any of their typical dishes. Very poor breakfast, coffee only in the morning and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Dated rooms. To use a decent beach, you have to go to the resort next door. I strongly advise against it.

Very good location
