Comfortable and clean stay walking distance from station.

It is 5 mins walking distance from the station. No need to take rick if you have light luggage and can walk. We booked deluxe room for our family of 3 adults. It was big & clean. Bathroom, towels etc was clean too. There is no lift. But that was not a problem for us. Simple ambience. We booked for whole day. Checked in early morning and left in the evening, Lots of restaurants around. It is 15-20 mins walking to the Meenakshi amman temple. Overall a good comfortable place to stay.

Misbehaving management

The hotel manager / owner are very rude and doesn't know how to behave with elderly people. The manager uses foul language. I don't recommend this hotel for family / any type of stay. There are multiple hotels nearby which should be explored

Can be option just for saving money

This cheap stay option has two category of rooms one is air condition one & second is non ac ones. I feel both options are disappointing in terms of condition of beds, linens, ventilation & bathrooms. Targeted customers are bottom of pyramid ones. Right from attitude of staff to services everything is laid back here. No in house restaurant. Price range in between 499 Rs to 700 Rs for Non Ac one. 1000 to 1500 for A/C ones.

Customer service

Worst customer service. Worst room maintanence.if you have paid full amount then only you will stay in this room.otherwise they will nurturing to pay the bill.......no water available. they ll charge the water.
