You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of ILS 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Please note that breakfast is served at a nearby café. Please note that the property is located in a building with no elevator.
Please note that Israeli citizens are required to pay18% VAT for Israel hotel stays. Non-Israeli citizens can be exempted from paying this tax by showing their entry permit (B2/B3/B4 visa). This tax is not included in the total room fee.
