You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. For group booking more than 6 people we apply different prepayment and cancellation policies. Please note that this property is not Kosher. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to bring bicycles / electric bicycles / scooters / electric scooters and charge their batteries throughout the hostel.
