Fresh, clean and comfortable tropical getaway

Clean room and excellent rain shower. Really enjoyed the fresh food. Super friendly staff with Chef Oscar, Jose, Angie, Miguel at the kitchen and bar. Would definitely book here again.

My piece of heaven on Earth

This hotel is my little piece of heaven. It checked off all that I needed to reset my mind, body and soul. The staff were great, we had a good breakfast every morning in our patio while just enjoying the ocean views. After our first night/dinner, we decided that there was no need to eat anywhere else. The chef was on point with the flavors of his creations. The 8 days we spent there were just amazing. Definitely going back.

Beautiful hotel

Friendly staff and good price but restaurant is over priced a little and food was average. Love their desert though! We stayed in a beautiful room that was overlooking the water and got different animal towel designs in our room and loved it. Very clean and attentive and welcoming staff! They upgraded our room to one with a hot tub on the roof. Definitely would book again!

Is my worth vacation ever. Expedia booked my trip with Nerea resort that was closed they moved me to another one star hotel very old not happy at all

Dirty and air conditioner units Dont work proper

1 I wanted to share my experience regarding Room 105, as it was unfortunately very disappointing.
When we arrived, the room was extremely hot. We left the air conditioning running while we were out, but when we returned, the room was still uncomfortably warm. We informed the gentleman at the front desk, and he attempted to help by moving us to Room 5. Unfortunately, that room had a very strong odor of cat urine, making it impossible for me to stay there overnight.
As a result, I had to leave and go next door to sleep for a few hours. The most frustrating part of the experience was that management was unable to offer any reimbursement or meaningful assistance regarding the situation.
The following morning, I spoke with Luis. While he was courteous and provided me with the supervisor's name, there was ultimately nothing he was able to do to resolve the issue.
I hope this matter can be reviewed, as the conditions of both rooms and the lack of resolution made for a very poor guest experience.
