Characteristic Riad.
If you want to savor the atmosphere of a typical Moroccan riad, be in the heart of the medina and at the same time in a position accessible by taxis (which is not obvious) this is the right place. The property is located a few hundred meters from Jeema El Fna Square and is close to the main points of interest. It's not a place for those who demand medium to high European quality standards (the rooms are quite small and spartan) but it's ideal for those looking for a typical base and excellent location. The added value is the staff, friendly, welcoming and ready to meet the customer for any need. Very good breakfast, mostly sweet but with eggs and cheese for those who prefer salty.

EXCELLENT location
I highly recommend this riad.
The location is perfect: you are in the center, but out of the chaos of the souks and the taxi can leave you practically in front of the entrance, which is not obvious in Marrakech, where you often have to walk with your suitcases.
The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff always friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is plentiful and very good; we even asked to bring it forward because we had an excursion and we were satisfied.
A really pleasant stay: highly recommended.

Unpleasant Stay Due to Unprofessional Staf
As Moroccan Tours Agency, we organized a stay for one of our clients at Riad Morocco Sky. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expected standards. Our client reported that the reception staff were rude, and the lady in charge of the riad, Sakinah, behaved unprofessionally and provided poor customer service. Staff were also dismissive and often responded rudely when our client asked questions or requested assistance.
Additionally, the room was smaller than advertised, with an uncomfortable mattress and basic bathroom facilities. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was below expectations, and housekeeping seemed inconsistent. Breakfast was disorganized, and the seating arrangements were inadequate, forcing our client to eat in a crowded hallway. Noise from the kitchen and neighboring rooms further affected the comfort of the stay.
We believe that if the staff had acted professionally and attentively, many of the issues experienced by our client could have been avoided, preventing unnecessary frustration and disappointment.
This level of accommodation and service falls below the standard we promise to our clients. We hope that the management of Riad Morocco Sky addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

My stay at Riad Morroco Sky
I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Marrakech and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with anything I needed, especially Asia and Mariam, who were consistently attentive. Abdul was also a kind and helpful individual, though there is room for improvement in his approach. His way of showing care sometimes felt a bit overwhelming, particularly for solo female travelers. At times, it seemed he wanted to be overly involved in my activities, asking questions about my whereabouts and why I was out late at night, as well as who I was spending time with, or if it was a guy or girl..
On a positive note, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delightful. I recommend this Riad!
