Canal view rooms are not upon request, special type of rooms need to be booked in order to get the canal view. Full payment will be done by Booking.com in advance. Credit card is required to guarantee the room during stay, 50-euro security deposit will be pre-authorized on the card. Smoking is prohibited, smoking fine is 200 euro and guests need to leave the property. The street where the hotel is located is accessible only by pedestrians and bicycles, the hotel does not have a parking garage and it is not possible to drive or park any type of vehicle in front of the hotel. Check out is at 11.00, check out after 12.00 will cost 50 euro per hour until 14.00, after 14.00 late check out will cost the full night rate (when available/ check out at 14.00 is the latest). Misconduct behaviors fee will be determined by the property. The hotel has the full rights to investigate any suspicious activities.
