Please inform BCN2STAY Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must contact the property directly after booking, giving their arrival time at the airport. Contact telephone numbers appear on the Booking Confirmation. The property will give you a number to call to from the airport to arrange key collection. Check-in is possible from 15:30 to 18:00, but must be arranged beforehand with the property. Please note that the number of the official flight and airport arrival time need to be informed. In exceptional cases, such as delayed flights, check in is possible, maximum until 19:30. Please inform BCN2STAY Apartments in advance. Guest scheduled to arrive in Barcelona before this time can arrange to leave luggage from 13:00 to 16:00, only on weekdays (not holidays), and by previous arrangement with the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that since the building is a historic, listed building, access to the studios is via a narrow staircase and there is no elevator.
