Our AC wasn’t really working so was hot hot hot and in lift was always hot too

Poor quality price

Old fixtures, dirty sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Booking.com's prices are very expensive. If you call the hostel, at least it's cheaper, but Booking.com's prices are a rip-off.
The receptionist was very curt and unhelpful in providing breakfast outside of business hours. We were going to the Tabarca Crossing and he refused to give us breakfast beforehand. When we got up, his companions did agree.
I do not recommend it.

More like a hostel than a hotel

Hotel just good for sleeping one night while waiting for his flight (only 5 minutes from the airport). Property of the room to review... large traces of yellow/brown flows on the walls, dust and dirt below the bed,...
Not to mention the soundproofing of the rooms and respect for other travelers, it feels more like a hostel.

Good price, but little attention
We went for 2 nights and did not make the room; beds, etc and justified themselves by saying that maybe we put the sign wrong
Cleaners make a lot of noise in the mornings, talking and singing in the hallways.

Hola, sólo decirles que para que ustedes se puedan retrasar 20 minutos, hay personas que tienen reserva para ese día, que puede que tengan que entrar 20 minutos tarde.
El problema de logística de la competición de Santa Pola, no es culpa suya obviamente, pero puede afectar a los horarios establecidos por el establecimiento y que usted tiene indicados a la hora de hacer la reserva.
