I don't mean this as a negative review but I think people should be aware of what this hotel is. It is essentially an upscale backpacker hostel. The rooms have inexpensive furniture and there are a ton of small hassles you'll have to deal with. They put a door in front of the refrigerator unit. When you open the door, its hinges prevent the refrigerator from opening and closing. The sleeper sofa wouldn't close completely. They don't give you shampoo in the shower - they provide a couple of shampoo packets. We were 3 people for 5 days and 3 shampoo packets doesn't cut it, so we had to go out and buy a bottle of shampoo. They only supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days for 3 people. When I asked for another roll (yeah, just one) at the front desk the guy didn't want to give it to me! He finally did. They supply 4 capsules of coffee for the Nespresso machine. Since we were 3 people for 5 days, we had to buy the additional capsules for the rest of the days one by one at the front desk. Not terrible, but not very classy either.
The staff was quite nice (aside from the weird toilet paper guy) and the location is excellent so its not like we had a bad stay, it just has a bit of a backpacker feel to it that I wasn't expecting.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable for the 3 of us. A plus was the orange juice in the morning and the wine in the evening. Super close to main attractions. It might not look as safe as it is but after a few mins we felt comfortable to walk around until midnight.

I love staying here… the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the layout. The customer service was all excellent.
