Great location with comfortable bed.

Excellent location in old town Valencia.
Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Roof top bar was pleasant.
Pillows were very hard. I slept with the smaller softer ones.
The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything from the upper floor and the next door. Suggest to take a room on the 4th floor and wear ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and we very much enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The room was always clean and tidy. Overall a very nice stay and we will return in the future.

An overall nice hotel, nothing to complain. Breakfast was ok.
Location close to the plaza de torros and ayuntamiento so you csn easily walk everywhere.
Bike rental was like 400m away.

Excellent and professional staff

Hotel with an excellent location, top-notch rooms, great cleanliness, and the rooftop pool is a godsend after days spent around the city. The strong point remains the staff, who are always helpful, smiling, and professional. I thank Irene and Maria so much for helping us; we were in trouble with a Bolt taxi driver who couldn't find our hotel, they spoke with him unfortunately to no avail because he didn't know the city, and in the end, they took care of calling a taxi themselves without making us miss the bus. Thanks again

Nice hotel conveniently located just off the old town. Aircondition working great. Staff is very kind. What is desperately needed is some drinking cold water facility in the lobby as water is a rare and expensive find in Valencia! Room was spacious, beds very comfy and clean, sound insulation great! Pool is too small and not inviting during daytime, its in full sun and the water is not always clean... however, its relaxing to sit by the pool in late afternoon ... room is well equipped! Maybe a nespresso coffee maker should be the new standard in hotels....as coffee in Spain is not a strong point :)
