You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that credit card must be presented upon check-in. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December 2025 is mandatory for all guests staying overnight on this date. The supplementary charges at THB 15,000 per an adult and THB 7,500 per a child. Rates are inclusive of 17.7% tax and service charge. Ajour Bar will be reopen by 20th December 2025.
