Please inform The Spinnaker of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-In & Payment Policies Card Verification: The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in. The cardholder’s name must match the name on the guest’s valid photo ID. Advance Deposits: Please note that the hotel will charge the required deposit to your credit card immediately. If the transaction is unsuccessful, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Late Arrivals: If you anticipate arriving outside of standard check-in hours, please contact the property in advance to make arrangements. Security Deposits: A refundable $150.00 security deposit is required upon arrival for guests under the age of 25 or those residing within a 60-mile (1-hour) radius of the hotel. Parking Information Seasonal Rates: Between May 22nd and September 7th, parking is available for $10.00 per car, per night (tax inclusive). Off-Season: Parking is complimentary outside of these dates. Resort Fee Amenities The resort fee collected during the booking process grants you full access to the following amenities: Pool & Wi-Fi: Unlimited access throughout your stay. Daily Beach/Lounge Gear: Two lounge chairs provided daily. Bicycle Rentals: Complimentary use of property bicycles.
