Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Any extra guests are charged separately and are to pay directly to the hotel. Kindly be advised that there is a Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner at RM100nett/person (Adult) & RM50nett/person/child (Age 4-12yrs) and New Year Eve Dinner at RM120nett/person (Adult) & RM55nett/child (Age 4-12yrs) The compulsory dinner charges will be applied for all stays accross the above periods. For Prestigious Events (Acara Utama), a charge of RM6 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. This charges will be collected upon your check-in.
