Kansas City, which is located in the Kansas state in Midwestern United States, is one of the major tourist destinations in the country. The 3rd largest city in Kansas, the Kansas City is panoramically located at the meeting point of the largest river in the country the Missouri and Kansas Rivers. The city is located at an elevation of 265 meters above sea level and has a total land area of 332.50 km2. Currently the city is home to 145,786 residents with English as their official language. Kansas City lies in the Midwestern United States, as well as near the geographic center of the country.
