Great value hotel, especially if driving!

Decent hotel for a fair price especially if you’re driving a car since there’s free parking. Rooms are spacious catered to business travelers so there’s two sinks in the restroom plus a large walk in shower. The furniture itself is a little dated but that’s fine for us and the wifi was pretty fast. Service is friendly and allowed us to check in 3 hours early since the room was already ready. Beds are comfy. Tram is about a 5 min walk with the Kelenfold metro/train station a few minutes extra from the tram. Definitely would stay here again!

Anna Hotel Budapest

We stayed 3 nights at the Anna Hotel to visit the city of Budapest.
The hotel is well located; you are not in the heart of the city, so it is incredibly quiet for sleeping, but you are close to the city, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast service is very good.
The staff is very friendly.
Do not hesitate; it is a great place.

Tranquility and comfort, a few steps from the center of Budapest.

The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly on the outskirts, but well connected to the city center by tram and subway. In the immediate vicinity, there is a large shopping center and several bars.
It is a property particularly suitable for families and those who prefer to stay in a quiet area, far from the life and noise of the center. It should be noted, however, that the tram and subway service ends around 11:00 PM.
The hotel is clean, even if not impeccable. The beds are very comfortable and the daily cleaning is thorough: towels are changed and beds are made daily. The staff can seem a bit cold in their manner, but they are extremely professional and efficient.

Bad treatment they did not try to understand us .dirty looks
They never said hello, not even at the front desk or the cleaning staff
The hotel at the end of Budapest was even scary to go to at night, everything dark and the hotel
Tucked away as if hidden
And why not say that they didn't try at all to understand us, bad attitudes, and they didn't even greet you when entering or leaving. The room was almost next to the reception. Bad, very bad

The bathroom shower soap container and shower head were loose and water sprayed everywhere.
