This is the lowdown on the latest Indian traveller trends shaping (and shaking up) the travel world.

Trends Snapshot
The top experiences determining Indian travellers’ choice of destination are the food (63%), the culture (58%) and the weather (57%).
Cost of hotel (65%) and cost of flight (62%) are the top factors determining the choice of holiday destination in 2025, followed by the cost of food and drink (54%).
Social media (68%), online media comprising newspapers & magazines (57%), and film & TV (52%) are the most important sources of travel inspiration for 2025.
