One of the major cities in Kenya from the perspective of tourism, Nairobi also serves as the largest city and capital of Kenya. Lovingly called as ‘Green City in the Sun’, Nairobi is the second-largest city by population in the African Great Lakes region after Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and 14th-largest city in Africa. The natives of the city are referred to as ‘Nairobians’ and Bantu Swahili language and English are the two official and working languages spoken the city.
