Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Crest Apartments - Main Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. 1. GROUP BOOKINGS – a deposit of $500 per apartment booked is required to confirm the booking. The Crest Apartments will contact you once the booking is received to organise this deposit. If the deposit is not received more than 60 days prior to arrival, the bookings will be cancelled by The Crest Apartments. 2. American Express and Diners cards are not accepted. 3. Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00–17:00 Saturday: 09:00–12:00 Sunday 10:00 – 12pm and public holidays: 10:00–12:00 or as signed. Our reception is NOT OPEN 24 hours – if you are arriving outside of reception hours, a late arrival will be processed for you. Please contact our reception prior to arriving. You will be asked to complete an online registration through a secure server and upload identification and payment authority. On arrival date, The Crest Apartments will leave a key in the after-hour safe and SMS the safe code. 4. The Crest Apartments has a strict “No Party Policy”. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. 5. The Crest Apartments does not accept bookings for the annual “Schoolies” Festival held on the Gold Coast each November. Any bookings received for this period will be requested to confirm these details and may be cancelled if found to be “Schoolies”. We do not have the adequate resources nor security to accept these bookings. 6. The Crest is strictly NON SMOKING AND NON VAPING. 7. Housekeeping service is not offered daily. This can be made available at an extra charge and must be booked 24 hours in advance. 8. All apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Our holiday apartments are located throughout the building from level 1 to level 17. Some rooms may offer filtered ocean views or pool and garden views. Requests for higher floors and views are subject to availability at the time of allocation and cannot be guaranteed. 9. Unlimited WiFi is included in the room tariff. 10. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and some units may be affected by noise and view disruptions.
