Top Notch in Mooloolaba

Fabulous! We were arriving outside hours so I had arranged a late check-in. Unfortunately there was a wee bit of a hiccup with this but the Duty Manager sorted this for us and was so apologetic - it was the beginning of a great relationship with the fabulous staff. We had booked a one-bedroom unit with rooftop access and it was great. We had fabulous weather which of course added to it, but honestly we couldn't fault anything about the property and the staff were a big part of that. Great location - so easy to get everywhere; great sun; great everthing.

Great but…,

Although the room was very clean it provided liquid soap & conditioner in the bathroom but NO face washer so it was very difficult to clean yourself. I was told that they weren’t provided ?! Staff were very friendly but the room number on the card holder was wrong & had been changed on the welcome letter. Other than that it was a great location!

There was spa bath with shower over it,but the spa bath didn't work. And couldn't cast my phone on either of the tv's and the TV'S were different and it was a little bit smaller than I first thought it would be, but it did job perfectly for the price. Over all, I would say about 5.5 out of 10 just being honest.

We needed a room last minute for a sporting competition and were surprised by the rooftop. Really enjoyed this place! Front desk was kind and accommodating, location was phenomenal.

Great spot - needs a little more love

I don’t think this apartment has been updated in a while. Although clean it’s the sliding door to bedroom 2, inch of dust inside a lamp, bedroom light switch outside the bedroom and yellowed plastic bathroom fittings that just do not sit well. Plastic plants in the bathroom are just not a thing and hopefully upgrading will mean a modern bathroom that doesn’t require hand holds to get in and out of. On the plus side the location is spot on, amazing views from the roof top, easy access to everywhere - the roof top hot tub and Barbie were great, despite having to use 2 different keys to gain access up a stair well, apartment was kitted out with everything you need ( only 3 cups though ?) just needs a bit more of a push and it’s there
