Perfect seminar

We were there as a seminar with around 20 people. Everything started when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lady at reception. Our two coffee breaks were very rich and especially the coffee machine with real bean coffee and not the classic filter coffee was a highlight! We couldn't complain at lunch either and the cozy end at the hotel bar rounded everything off!
We will be back!!!

City break Vienna

Recently stayed here for 5 nights, as a base to Vienna! Old-fashioned rooms, which still need renovation! Breakfast was good, while dinner{buffetvorm} was not of superior quality! Otherwise not really friendly staff!

Stay in Steinberger Hotel Altlengbach

The rooms were old and if your hotel room was located at the side of the road, you woke up early due to noice of the street. When a big group had breakfast before us, there was very little left for us. The staff was very unhelpful and bad mooded.

Sorry they didn't like it with us. The rooms are being renovated. Unfortunately we cannot renovate all of them, we can´t close the hotel for a period of time.

Friendly staff but limited service

Was here on a two day business meeting. Friendly staff but limited service. Food the first day was plenty but all overcooked, from mushy vegetables to dried out meats. The second day we didn't get a chance to try the food because it ran out within a few minutes and was never replenished within the one hour break ("we already told the kitchen" staff said). Some of the electrical sockets didn't work, the toilets smelled funny. Moreover, there were mosquitoes everywhere. The very least they could do in this rural area is install screens on doors and windows...
Despite having had a group booking it turned out the hotel was overbooked so they transferred some of us to another hotel, which actually had higher ratings but suffered the same mosquito problems.

Vorerst möchten wir uns dafür bedanken, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, diese Kritik zu verfassen.
Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht so zufrieden waren, wie Sie es erwartet hatten.
Es ist uns natürlich bewusst, dass unsere Tagungsgäste nur sehr kurz Zeit haben um ihr Mittagessen einzunehmen. Selbstverständlich wird das Buffet laufend aufgefüllt. Leider dürfte das in Ihrem Fall etwas zu spät gewesen sein. Sie können sicher sein, dass wir dieses Problem sehr ernst nehmen und dafür Sorge tragen werden, dass das nicht mehr passiert.
Leider ist es in dieser Jahreszeit nicht vermeidbar, dass immer wieder Fruchtfliegen ins Haus kommen. Diese winzigen Mücken kommen bei der Türe und jedem Fenster herein. Es ist unmöglich dies zu verhindern. Wir sind jedoch sehr bemüht stets auf die Hygiene zu achten.
Die Veranstalter Ihrer Tagung wurden bei der Buchung darüber informiert, dass nicht alle Gäste in unserem Haus unterkommen können. Das andere Hotel ist 3 Minuten entfernt und wir haben dafür gesorgt, dass die Gäste mit einem Shuttleservice jederzeit unkompliziert chauffiert worden sind.
Es freut uns, dass Sie mit dem freundlichen Personal zufrieden waren und dies erwähnen.
