The best hotel in Semmering. Only 200 meters from the cable car, a shop nearby and many restaurants with wonderful mountain views. The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool. The hosts are great and the staff friendly. Rooms are warm, cozy and clean. Breakfast is included. The only downer: the restaurant's menu...

Super family run quaint hotel

We stayed with two friends for a ski weekend. The Belvedere is a quaint old style hotel, typical of many in Austria. The owner is very accommodating, and friendly. You get a sense that if you needed anything he'd provide it. One nice touch for us, on arrival at the railway station we called the hotel for directions as there wasn't any taxi's. The owner very obligingly came down to collect us. The room was perfectly fine, the bathroom a little tired. The breakfast and dinner very nice and traditional. Overall a very nice hotel, perfectly situated for the ski slopes

Nice place to stay in Semmering

The hotel is really clean and our room was very big! The staff is also very helpful and amabile. Near hotel you will find a supermarket if you will need it. The garden is very nice and the view of the mountains is pretty amazing. Was a very good stay for us.

Best option

Located closed to main ski facilities. Very clean with friendly and helpfull personel. Fantastic after ski recovery, swimming pool and sauna. Nice food. Excelent value, considering prices. Visited many times, always the same high quality.

Another amazing week spent here

This year me and my family stayed at Hotel Belvedere again. We spent almost a week during our "every year ski-trip". As usually we went to ski to Stuhleck and got back to the hotel to have our meals and to spend the nights.
Well, as I previously described the surroundings, the hotel's location was -still- just perfect. This year it was like to get (back) home! Allow me to mention the cook first. (As far as I know he's been the owner of the place as well who works as hard as possible!) He is the master of tastes, knower of what guests expects from him besides he gives them even more from day to day.
As being Hungarian I am telling you he even knows how to make the real Hungarian Gulash... oh Gosh, He does.
The cleaning stuff, waitresses are always polite and kind. They have a chat with you with pleaseure -in case you feel like to have one- but never messing around nor keeping you up! They just do their best.
This Hotl is highly recommended for families, couples, skiers and everyone!
