Great hotel

Great hotel, booked a large view room for 24 hours. The room is huge, the bathroom is large, there is a shower, bathroom, bathrobes, beauty kit, toothbrushes. For the child there was an extra place - a cot with a full mattress. In the room tea station, 2 bottles of water, mini bar with different filling, not forgotten even those who spend romantic evenings there)))
Breakfast is delicious, varied.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening, very delicious. I recommend it. The hotel itself is on a quiet street.

Good location. Breakfast is good. We arrived very early in the morning and we were given an option to pay 1/2 day price with breakfast and immediate check-in.

Well done.

We decided with our husband to make a voyage in western Belarus/we from Kaluga region/.Brest-final city of our journey. First booked hotel Persia/ 4 months in advance/, 2 weeks in advance received an email, about cancellation. Okay/no reason/,I chose the Hermitage. Always choosing hotels downtown. But I realized the proper hotel was gone. One of the conditions-parking, in the hermitage has its own/1000 p day/,but many put on the street.The hotel is very interesting in design,textiles,carpet,paintings-hermitage,but I will say-very and very clean. Nothing, nowhere, nothing smells. Well done!!!! The smell of purity is in the air. The room is nice, the bay window is super, reminded the house, it was nice to look at the private sector. The restaurant is nice, the breakfast is wonderful/lacked champagne ,but it's a vacation,women would be pleased,at least for cuteness/. On the second day, spontaneously, let's go to a restaurant and karaoke! Well done,staff-super,bartender-pawl/that's who should pay extra /thank you huge,wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. Definitely recommend it!!!!!

Shortcomings in the hotel concept

Deleting my review purportedly for lying without providing evidence
The most separated double bed I've ever seen consists of two connected singles with two mattresses. Their phrase "no one's complained yet" has settled on my heart. Solved the issue with three mattresses, ro, it's still not the feeling I wanted for 8,600. Sleeping is uncomfortable.
No slippers. Tea set - ask, water - ask, mattresses - ask. The towels are very small.
The music that was written here - you can hear it perfectly on the third floor plus there's a big hole under the front door, it doesn't smell like soundproofing.
There's no way to heat the room.
The switchboard is humming in the closet.
Plus just the hotel interior. At least sleep in the hallway.

Дорогой гость! Ваш отзыв удалили по причине того, что вы уже публиковали его в том же идентичном виде два года назад. Сейчас вы публикуете его третий раз и опять без малейших корректировок. Хотя с тех пор у нас в отеле произошли некоторые улучшения и ваши замечания уже не совсем актуальны. Так в частности: в комплектацию всех номеров уже входят одноразовые тапочки, а наматрасники заменили на другие более толстые. И жалоб от гостей по этому поводу мы действительно не получаем. Полотенца у нас абсолютно стандартных размеров, по 4 на гостя. Бутилированная вода есть в каждом номере по бутылочке на каждого проживающего в номере гостя. Наш отель проходит ежегодное подтверждение на сертификат "4 звезды" и комплектация отеля полностью соответствует всем требованиям нормативных документов. Нам искренне жаль, что проживание у нас в отеле произвело у вас настолько негативное впечатление, это абсолютно не то к чему мы стремимся. И это безмерно нас огорчает. Если Вы решите написать еще один отзыв о нас, надеемся, что будете объективны и предварительно проживете в нашем отеле хотя бы одну ночь в ближайшее время. Это позволит Вам оценить все произошедшие с нами за эти годы изменения. Со своей стороны мы не будем подавать администрации сайта жалоб на ваш отзыв. Всего Вам наилучшего!
