Terrible!!!!!!

I do not recommend! Extremely dirty, noisy and unpleasant place!
We stayed over the holidays and were extremely disappointed with everything!
All rooms on the first floor are not recommended for accommodation. there is a musty smell, terrible heat because the spa is downstairs and I have no words to express my disappointment!

A weekend

The only good thing is that the rooms are clean, thanks to the house keepers. The rooms are small, they have no AC's and its really nice to be there on 40 degrees Celsium. The worst is that we didnt get notified about this problem and we had directly asked about it. The website has nothing to do with reality. ️

Ugly true

Hotel, spa, restaurant, food everything is a lie and cheat, obviously the photographer is very good, nothing covers the site and fb, small cozy rooms, the spa is small and uncomfortable, the restaurant is cold, dirty, the food is terrible.

Disappointed

The breakfast wasnt Good, The spa too, and 2 hours after I left I realized that I had forgotten a bag with important items, I called but they said nothing was found. Once there is no punishment for the staff who are thieving, I will no longer go there!!

For the service- the real price is too high!!

We are here with a voucher from www.grabo.bg.-bed and food.The room is not bad, but ...i needed to ask to clean it and to give as shampoo.Not enough piece of furniture in the room, bur there is a minibar, which is good.The breakfast and the dinner is ok, lunch- not so good,not each day.There is a spa place-not bad, but if there a more than 5-6 people will not be pleasant.
So, if I had to pay the real price - it's not worth it for me.Only the staff in the restaurant is friendly and some of the people at the reception-desk.
Do not feel like a desired guest.
