Good location

Great location and international breakfast not very varied but good. Room clean but very old and little attention to detail, with some logistical defects.

The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Overall we had no negative feelings towards the hotel (the rooms can get quite warm, but in winter that is not a bad thing at all). I saw a lot of people complain about the hotel being “outdated”, but in a former USSR country, I found it gives it some character. Would absolutely stay here again.

Big disappointment!

Disappointment on many levels - room heating was unregulated, it was just hot and we would have to open door so we could sleep at all.
In the lobby, a hotel guest has spread loudly online as if this is his personal room and reacts very rudely to polite speech.
I know the hotel from before the level has dropped unbelievably.
No recommendation and we will NEVER come AGAIN!
