This was a great little find. Really unique “living spaces” a library room, games room, little movie theatre. If staying more than one night, so much to take advantage of. The pool was decent, but the spa and sauna were awesome- just hard to find because they aren’t with the pool. When we asked for the pool the staff sent us to the pool, but didn’t mention that the sauna and spa were in a different, unconnected location. There are two separate basements. Anyway, we found one poster in the stairwell mentioning east and west basements, and then we got the whole story when we asked again. So I expected when a guest asks about the pool the spa and sauna would still be necessary information. They should have a card in each room listing all their amenities in an easy to read format… like black print on white paper. Even the wall poster was a little hard to notice ina dark stairwell. Nitpicks, yes, but simple things would have improved the stay instead of multiple trips to the front desk.

Staff was amazing and super helpful. Bike storage room was perfect for our dirty bikes and room was super spacious. Overall a great experience.

Pet friendly room was old, dark and outdated. Dirty towel left hung up behind bathroom door. Staff were very helpful.

The staff were friendly and access to the room was convenient. The biggest reason for the rating is that the towels provided were really scratchy and sound travels! I could hear an entire conversation other guests were having in the hall.

Great staff, nice hot tub area, really nice bistro for breakfast. Room was a little bare, need to upgrade their tv’s. A fan would be nice. Beds are comfortable.
