Have never had a bad experience here. This was no exception. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the room was nice and comfortable. Just what we needed

Been here twice now. All the one way roads nearby are hilarious, but the hotel is reliable and close to the highway.

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Only problem was the hot tub, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.

Room was very clean. Check on was efficient. Lovely pool, with great hours. Nice location for attending events. All in all would recommend!

The Visitors Inn is my favourite hotel to stay in when I visit Hamilton. It is clean, modern, well-maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with good amenities.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
