Parking is easy and lots of spots but there is a charge to park. Saff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Was a great stay. Had lots of options for meals at a charge.

Whatever the opposite of a good night’s sleep is

I am a gold elite member who stays at this hotel frequently. It is a nice hotel with great amenities. The problem is 100% of the time without fail on the day of checkout despite my late checkout someone from housekeeping shows up around 9:00 - knocking and waking me up to ask what time I am leaving.
I live an hour and a half away and one of the reasons I stay the extra night is so I can sleep in and have a leisurely morning. The other reason is so I can do a morning call (again which is interrupted).
Quite literally this is the one day that they know when you are gone because you have checked out.

There was a prostitute in the hotel room next to me. Men coming to the room every 20 minutes. As a business woman travelling alone it was very unsettling. I did call to complain, they tried to resolve the situation but after the issue continued I requested to move rooms at 11pm. I was appreciative of them being able to accommodate me in a different room.

Clean and an easy place to stay a. Staff were very helpful. But did not expect to have a parking fee on my bill at the end.

No hot water
Security allowed kids to horseplay with the elevators all day long.
