Clean room with a lovely wood smell, the views are incredible and the space is tranquil! The staff are also very welcoming.

Customer service to improve

Very disappointed with the customer service of this hotel. Unfortunately I could not stay there due to a snowstorm. I had to cancel a few days in advance. When I call to cancel, I am told that I will be refunded, as it is due to the temperature (out of my control). The next day, I was called back to find out what time I would be arriving, so I noticed that the cancellation had not been made. Again, I cancelled the day before and had to be refunded. The next week, no money back, so I'm calling. As the manager is away, I leave my contact details to be called back. I didn't get any calls from them and no refunds either. The person was always nice on my calls. However, follow-up was not done. The stay would probably have been great at this hotel, but I found myself in a situation during which the service was really not up to standard. For all my other accommodations that I had to cancel following this storm, the service was #1 and I was entitled to refunds, except Le Nordet.

Excellent stay

Great stay in this accommodation!!
The room was clean and very comfortable.
The spa, with jacuzzis, sauna and steam room, was a real pleasure especially as there were not many people.
Breakfast was very good and varied (pastries, cereals, fruit, eggs,...)

Worst experience

Worst of all my hotel experiences!
When I booked, I had specified that we were 3 adults.
A queen bed and a sofa bed that I was promised. We ended up with a 52" mattress in the room which is far from a queen. Moreover, the sofa had lost all its youth and offered only two metal bars. One at the hip and the other at the shoulder blades.
No exit at the back but only at the front. And if a fire spreads to the front. What is the emergency exit?
Any closed room must have an emergency exit... there was none in yours.
And the bedroom door that doesn't even close because of the little mattress... not strong

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager vos commentaires. La chambre que vous aviez réservée correspondait bien à la description indiquée au moment de la réservation. À votre arrivée, vous souhaitiez une autre chambre, malheureusement déjà occupée, ce qui a pu entraîner une certaine déception.
À la suite de votre séjour, vous nous avez écrit pour demander une compensation. Nous avons tenté de vous joindre par téléphone afin de mieux comprendre la situation et avons laissé un message, sans retour de votre part.
Concernant la sécurité, notre établissement respecte les normes en vigueur : toutes les chambres fermées disposent d’un accès de sortie conforme. Depuis votre passage, nous avons également apporté plusieurs améliorations afin d’optimiser le confort et la fonctionnalité de certaines chambres.
Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau pour constater les améliorations réalisées depuis votre séjour.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean with a large bathroom and shower. A nice continental breakfast was available and was very filling.
