Staff were exceedingly helpful and would go out of their way to address any question. The front desk staff were very helpful in giving suggestions for newcomers to the area.

Great family stay at Hilton Québec! The location is perfect - close to so many tourist spots, which made everything easy with the kids. The pool was a big hit and such a fun way to unwind after a busy day. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff too. Would definitely stay again!

The room and property were clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is walkable to the old town and all the restaurants and stores.

We only stayed one night, but checkin was simple and I felt welcomed. The concierge desk was extremely helpful in giving walking directions to sites and also in arranging a handicap accessible taxi to the airport

The mattress was quite loose, gave us back pain
The guy in the valet was very pushy asking for the tip, quite embarrassing
