Wonderful hotel!

Wonderful hotel! The staff and facilities were 5 stars. Location was incredible and the views amazing. A great first time vidit to this magical city.

Great location and hotel

Truly a great stay! From the people at the front door rushing to our uber to help us with our bags on arrival, to the front desk workers, and bartenders, everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel was beautiful. We appreciated that the rooms were a bit set back into the hotel from the street and the restaurant below. Also, the hotel is literally built right next door to a national history site! The location was perfect. Easy to walk anywhere we wanted in Old Quebec City. This was an anniversary trip for my husband and me, and we splurged a bit on this stay which was well worth it!

This was our second stay at Le Capitole Hôtel and it was just as amazing as the first time. The hotel and the room were both clean and modern. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and close to everything. No complaints whatsoever.

The front desk receptionist was extremely unhelpful. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, she appeared to create unnecessary obstacles and made the experience far more difficult than it needed to be.
