Bien ubicado

Céntrico, cerca de terminal de buses y centro de la ciudad, se llega caminando, con estacionamiento cerrado, habitaciones amplias cómodas y tranquilas.
Tiene un pequeño restauran bien atendido y el personal del hotel es muy amable.

Pésimoooo

Pésima experiencia!!!! Con mi pololo hicimos una reserva a través de la página web del hotel, nos llego confirmación a través del correo, al llegar el hotel, estaba cerrado, preguntamos en el Restaurant de al lado y nos dicen que imposible que tengamos reserva porque tienen el hotel completo y cerrado, de pronto aparece una señora, que ni siquiera se presentó, diciendo que era imposible que tuviéramos reserva porque tenían la página web cerrada, incluso le mostré la página web, que claramente estaba funcionando, y la confirmación de la reserva que nos llego al correo. Esta señora llama a “otra persona” por celular, y le dice “otra vez llego gente diciendo que tiene reserva”, claramente ha pasado antes, y siguen sin solucionarlo. Finalmente no nos solucionaron nada, que no era problema de ellos, con suerte pidieron disculpas con pésima cara por supuesto. Pésimo!!!!!

Primera Jornada de urgencia en Copiapo

La ubicacion excelente del punto de vista que me quedaba a dos cuadras del Hospital Regional de copiapo, ya que era el lugar al que yo iba. Habitacion muy comoda amplia, ideal para ir en familia, a pocas cuadras de la plaza de copiapo

Buen hotel, restaurante reguleke

Bonitas y comodas habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Muy limpio y tranquilo lugar con reglas claras de no hacre ruido en la noche.
Buena atención.
El desayuno muy basico en el restaurante que me pareció regular.
Pedí rabioles para cenar y me trajeron spaguetti, la garzona desconocia varias cosas deñ servicio.

Excelente habitacion

Es un hotel con instalaciones nuevas. Me gustó por sus Modernas dependencias, cama enorme, baño de lujo. Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad.
Estuvo débil el servicio de desayuno con una oferta muy básica.
