环境优美安逸，用品干净卫生，隔音良好，非常推荐，是每次来都想再住的程度，而且地理环境非常巴适，离地铁站也很近，打车非常方便，交通便利环境优美，强烈推荐临近附近最大的商业街吃饭特别方便，外卖也特别好吃，一切都特别良好

隔音不行，前台离酒店很远，不太安全。楼下我家人吵架打架，第一次去，我车停前台门口办理入住。然后走了很远才到酒店，前台客服也没跟我说可以把车开过去停啊。我真服了，害我带着小孩走了好久，还吹大风！

您好，感谢您的点评，因为我们片区里的酒店大部分的前台都是在楼上，客人找不到位置，我们老板在显眼的位置设置了前台，更好的引导客人，客房在隔壁一栋走路大概一两分钟，而且外面昌宏路晚上大车比较多声音比较的大，里面相对夜比较安静很多的，完全问题您放心，我们片区监控24小时都有人员在查看的，一般车停我们前台的客人我们都会跟客人你说客房的位置，然后会跟客人说没有固定车位，里面黄线的车位都是可以停的，当天可能昆明的天气起了大风实在不好意思哦，楼下您家人吵架打架的话我们很抱歉这个帮不到您，如果有需要可以到监控室配合您处理，最后感谢您的点评，期待与您的再次相遇。
