We stayed at the Walma Realm for an overnight stay. The location was convenient for our further travel plans. As we arrived late in the evening and left late at night I m not able to say much about the environment. The room was very comfortable and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with many options to choose from. I can recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in this part of Kunming.

Very comfortable hotel for an overnight layover. Value for money family suites.
It is a tad far from the usual Kunming haunts and largely confined our activities to the mall couple hundred of metres down the road, which has everything from food to entertainment. Would recommend if just here to spend the night to catch a flight/train out elsewhere but probably not as a base for exploring Kunming

a short trip - transferring from Kunming to another city. Close to the railway station and bus station. However quite far from city center & other places of interests. Service is super nice and hotel looks very new and shinny. Good view in room too

Close to South Railway. New hotel so still room for staff development. Neat and clean though.
