Amazing spend!

Herman provided good service in the pool, and the room is very nice and the cleaning team is very detailed and efficient. The overall stay is pretty good and we extended one more night. If you have the budget, try the breakfast buffet in Churchill restaurant too!!

5 Stars Experience!

Experience is befitting of a 5 star hotel. Of all the hotels located within the Londoner Complex - Conrad is one of the 2 that is most centrally located. Walking distance to bridge (that links to Venetian) and to the shops within Londoner as well.
Lobby/reception was grand and service by the hotel crew (from reception to room service) was impeccable. They were always patient to our questions and went the extra mile. Aside from the huge spacious room that looks out to the Cotai Strip brightly lighted up at night, experience made even greater with the complimentary chauffer service (via Londoner Cab). This made for a perfect end to our Macau trip in style as that allowed us a quick ride to the airport without having to dra
g/load our luggages up the shuttle bus.

Friendly and Very Helpful Assistance from Reggie

Reggie was extremely helpful and friendly during my stay. He gave me clear directions and explained how to travel around Hong Kong by bus, which made everything much easier for me.
He was patient, approachable, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. His assistance really made my trip more comfortable and enjoyable.

Superb Hotel - Conrad Macau

There are only 3 words to describe this hotel - excellent, excellent, excellent! Excellent response (5min max), excellent courtesy, excellent hospitality!
Everyone pays superb attention to details, from doorman to reception, to ensure happy guests. Keep up the good standard.

Super well serviced and nice hotel, just that the facilities has some age and might not be as up to date as other hotels, eg it has only 1 usb-c socket in the room, unfortunately ours doesn't work. But the staff are super helpful and lend us a usb-a to usb-c cable to plug into the bedside table speaker to charge our phone overnight.
