真的很无语，一百多块公寓，电视空调坏了不修，水龙头生锈出的水都是黄色，房间还有股异味，像是臭水沟味道，老板只想赚钱不舍得花钱怎么做的长久

老板，没有给你带来好的入住体验，实在不好意思。空调临时坏了你可以跟我们说一下，我们会处理好；如果我们当时处理不好会给你换房间；有的时候我们也不知道空调临时坏了；关于你说的水龙头生锈的问题，那并不是水龙头生锈是因为那个时候刚好在修理水管被你碰到了，黄色的水也就流了几分钟，后面的水都是正常的。我们在平台上线快一年了，也是第一次被评了一个差评；我们确实是有的地方没有做好；但是我觉得遇到问题还是可以跟我们说一下我们会去处理，有时候临时有点问题我们也不知道，你也不跟我们说我们有时候也根本不知道。没有谁的一生都是一帆风顺的都会遇到问题，遇到问题只能去沟通去解决。

你自己去查下空调显示这个字母是啥意思，开的时候刚开始就有冷风，你过十几二十分钟看看
