Much more than satisfied.

Excellent value for money. Clean rooms with made beds and towels. Perfect room with air conditioning. Staff helpful and kind. Excellent management of cheap refreshments and quality food. To recommend.

It was horrible. The bathroom was old and not clean. The staff was nice but the room was terrible with leakage and lot of mosquitoes throughout the night. Not recommended for couple to stay in the hotel. The bathroom was not clean and there was hole in the bathroom. Lots of flies and mosquitoes around.

Good place, but no air conditioning.

The Spinut Inn itself is not an Inn, it is a student residence that during the summer without them becomes an “Inn”. The rooms are typical of a residence, two beds with large table to study, a balcony and a small bathroom. Not bad in itself. The serious problem of this site is that the rooms do not have air conditioning, which added to the 36oC of Split plus 60% humidity makes it impossible to sleep at night because of the heat it is in the room. We asked the next day at reception if they could give us a fan and we got it, but apparently there is 5-6 for the whole Inn, so they are very limited and we were lucky. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner service that we did not try but was full every day. The reception staff very friendly and willing to help at all times. It has multi-line bus stop at the door of the hotel, which makes even if it is on the outskirts well connected to the city. It's fine for the price we pay.

Actually good and cheap accommodation a little outside the city centre

Located approx. 15 minutes from the old town, but stops buses right outside the door. Is a super cheap overnight stay if you can live with a bed and bathroom without any luxury. If there is no air conditioning either, then it gets very hot in the room. The staff are really nice and helpful. There is a supermarket and a bakery just up the road. Would definitely stay here again if I came to Split at another time. Requires that you can climb stairs and roads that go up and down all the time.
