Location: On third floor in the abandoned building as the pictures shows below;
Reception: Always nobody there, very small and looks very temporary;
We arrived there late night; there is only a bus station out of the building, nobody know there is a hotel inside. We walked around again and again, cannot find the hotle entrance, then we made a call to the hotel and finally found the entrance. When we got inside, the whole building is very darkness inside, the only light is the elevator.
Room: The room we booked is city version, but actually we couldn't see anything VERSION; the room view shows as the pictures.

Appalling experience
Having been contacted early in the day, I confirmed what I had already said in my booking that we would not arrive until late evening, about 22.30 - the answer was 'fine'.
Except it wasn't fine. When our taxi dropped us off I assumed it was the wrong place as it seemed to be a derelict shopping centre with no obvious signage for a hotel. An hour later having searched the area, called their 'emergency' number multiple times, and found a faded note beside a door that would not open, a stranger walking past took pity on us and led us down into a smelly delivery area where they opened the back door for us.
We then got to the unmanned reception and phoned the emergency number listed there only to hear it ring in a locked safe behind the desk. Our room key and a note had been left out, so we set off to look for room 707. The floor we were on had rooms in the 300s so I walked up and down every floor in this abandoned shopping centre to confirm there was no other floor of rooms. The very top floor was cordoned off with a no entry sign. Eventually another kind stranger came back to us and showed us where 707 was located - between 312 and 314!
Needless to say the room looked nothing like any of the photos. When I pulled back the curtain there was a 2.5M wall topped by a 20cm window. Even though I am tall it is impossible to know if there is any kind of view.
I would absolutely advise against stay in this kip.
