Excellent location

Excellent location . Stone's throw away from beach and promenade . Spacious apartment , has all the basic stuff in it . Clean . Great views . Wi-Fi 4/5 . Supermarket on ground floor . Restaurants galore - all kinds . The only negative was that when we reached the apartment at around 10 pm ( host was informed earlier) , we were told the key was in the letter box on the ground floor. We tried using the key but the door wouldn't open . We called the owner who asked us to try a few times taking it in out etc but we were unsuccessful . Unfortunately , we were asked to manage somehow as the owner could not come out . We were a bit frustrated and tired after a long flight . Ultimately , we thought of trying the key on the next door apartment ( we had read from previous reviews in our research that the 2 flats belonged to same owner ) and it opened !!! We went down & took the key from the letter box of the neighbouring flat & lo & behold, it worked!!! When we told the owner, she said the cleaner had swapped the keys accidentally. All is well that ends well. Other than this incident , everything was great .
