We shall stay here again. So friendly.

A fabulous location opposite Town Hall and Aros; great room 412; and the best and friendliest staff ever....Gustav. Emil. Nicholas, and two women staff whose names I can't pronounce or spell ( sorry), you all made our 4 nights stay in Aahus at your hotel very memorable and welcoming. Thankyou.

Ideal for a short trip with friends. Well connected, modern and uncomplicated. Value for money good.

Modern hotel, well connected with good facilities.
Especially uncomplicated and ideal for a short trip. Not a classic hotel, more focused on simplification and modern design.
Our rooms were large and well equipped. Room service was not yet fully completed at the time of room handover. The bathroom was handed over to us uncleaned. On notice at the reception the cleaning was quickly made up. This was offset by free drinks.

Great hotel, great location

We stayed at the hotel fot two nights this week. The location is excellent - right next to the ARoS Museum and within walking distance of the pedestrian shopping street the rain station, and the canal
The hotel has a fresh and distinctive design. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious. Every member of the staff, without exception, was friendly, welcoming, and went out ot their way to help.
In short, it's an easy choice when you are visiting Aarhus.

Good for sightseeing with a dog

The hotel is located on the edge of the pedestrian zone near the town hall. Arrival and departure are a bit difficult (since there is no parking zone in front of it) if you do not use the parking garage, which the AI says is quite winding. Underground parking is very expensive, even with the Radisson discount. Rooms are very nice, the bathroom is great. The hotel is considered dog-friendly and is also really well-suited for city visits with a dog. The town hall park opposite is perfect for a dog walk. The breakfast is good, but not as varied when it comes to cold cuts and cheese. Egg dishes, bacon etc., muesli, juices, on the other hand, are all very good there.

Best hotel in Aarhus

A really excellent hotel - the City View Suite with its balcony and view of the ARoS and botanical garden was fantastic. Lots of space, very comfortable and quiet atmosphere and the hotel provided a suitable cot for our daughter. The parking is tight - with small spaces, and a very tight ramp down from -1 to -2, but this has to be navigated slowly. The staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging laundry. It would be great to have better air conditioning and in-room dining.
