Opinion of a person in a wheelchair

I was the first client in a wheelchair. Their PMR room is convenient and well equipped at shower and toilet level. The restaurant is also well suited for a PMR. There's an elevator upstairs.
However, there were some youth problems as the establishment opened a few months ago and had never accommodated anyone in a wheelchair. The hotel managers were attentive to try to improve in an emergency what was wrong. So there was a small threshold of about 2 centimeters between the bedroom and the bathroom, which did not allow me to go home with my shower chair (Wheelable).
The manager went out of his way to find a piece of wood and chew it up as best he could. It will do better with more time and the proper machine but this was enough to improve the situation.
In addition, the owners listened to my comments, especially regarding the number of fire doors between the bar and the room (4), and even how it could improve this.
The staff is exceptional for its availability and kindness. The property is perfectly located in Briançon, next to the ski lifts and close to shops.
In the end, I highly recommend this establishment which I am sure will erase the approximations related to its youth.
