Fantastic value

Just returned from a 3 night stay and value for money 10/10. Yes it’s a basic hotel but our larger room for 3 was immaculate with crisp white bed linen and modern bathroom and far cheaper than most hotels in Nice. Pool area much nicer than we expected. Reception staff all extremely helpful. Location is next door to station which we found convenient for visiting Cannes, Monaco, Antibes and more. If you plan a lot of sightseeing I can recommend buying a pass on day one. We paid 35 Euros and hopped off and on trains, buses and trams effortlessly for 3 days. If you want a luxury resort hotel this is not for you but if you want a good location and basic clean room this is a bargain and we will most certainly return.

Good value for money

Very centrally located, right next to the train station.
The pool, even though it is small, was really pleasant during this very hot weather, just a shame that it already closes at 8:00 PM
Clean and comfortable room.

Swimming pool was dirty, rooms were very small. But I suppose for Nice the price was what you would expect.

This is a perfect hotel to base yourself in Nice.
For a budget style hotel it had everything. Not the most glamorous of locations, next to the train station, but this was very practical for travelling to Monaco and Cannes or indeed anywhere else on the Riviera.
It is a 10-15 minute walk to the promenade/beach and all of the bars / restaurants.
The room was basic but clean and serviced every day. The bathroom was a little on the small side so if you are of a larger build this may cause you some difficulties but for me it was fine.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The on site bar is good with pleasant surroundings and a tv to watch the World Cup which was on at the time of my visit. Not a large selection on draught beer but for a start of a night drink or last drink of the day it was fine.
For the hotel to have a swimming pool is amazing. I used it most days and always managed to get a sun bed. It’s very peaceful although you can slightly hear the traffic on the road next to the hotel but this is certainly not a major problem.
Breakfast at the hotel is basic but was sufficient to start off the day.
If you are looking for a good priced hotel in the centre of Nice with all the amenities you need this is your hotel.
One other thing, my flight home wasn’t until 11pm. Check out is at 11 am. I was able to store my luggage for the day at the hotel and use the pool / pool bar for the day before having a shower and changing. Ensuring I was relaxed & fresh for my journey home.
