Good value for money

Very good value for money. The rooms are comfortable and clean, clean bath towels and bath soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The buffet breakfast was good, plenty of options. The hotel staff are friendly and also professional. There’s a little promenade a little way down and they have plenty of restaurants for dinner.
It’s a little out of the centre of Paris but Paris is so big! We came with our son and the pool is his favourite!!!

Overall good location and facilities. However upon arrival the electricity was unstable in the room (we informed reception and a technician arrived after 30 minutes to fix). Also, the duvet cover had a very large tear and although we alerted the shift manager and were told it will be replaced- it was not. These experiences deduct a lot from the overall experience.

The hallway outside my room was undergoing renovations. The noise and the workers chatting disturbed me a bit around 8 a.m. Apart from that, everything was perfect. It was a lovely stay at the Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy.

Run away! A reception that is scary.

I had already spent a day in day use at this hotel a few years ago and I had not been convinced.
I decided to give it a second chance having 2 "suite night upgrades" to use before the end of the year. What a mistake!
My 1st check-in at noon went very well. I paid the deposit and left my luggage at the hotel (the room not being ready, which I totally understand).
So I come back at 2 p.m. and I mention that I have already checked in, I would like to get my luggage and the keys. Someone brings me my luggage and then... nothing more. I wait around, everyone ignores me.
The receptionist then decides to take care of the customer behind me... which obviously annoys me. When I explain the situation to him, he pretends to believe that I was with the customer next to me. We don't even speak the same language, the customer and I, racial profiling I suppose.
So no apology from him and I look like the crazy one.
I arrive in the room and no platinum gift is waiting for me, of course (but am I surprised?). Not at all).
Furthermore, there was no longer any cardboard at the reception, so I got my keys in a white envelope... it is definitely the first time I have seen that, especially in a Pullman. I think I should have gone to the Ibis; it is of a better standard than the Pullman Bercy.

Après vérification auprès de nos équipes, il ne s'agissait en aucun cas d'une volonté de vous ignorer ou de vous faire passer après un autre client. Une incompréhension s'est malheureusement installée quant au suivi de votre check-in, et nous regrettons profondément que personne ne soit venu vers vous pour clarifier la situation ou s'excuser immédiatement. Nous comprenons que cette attente, sans explication, ait pu vous donner le sentiment de ne pas être considéré, et nous en sommes sincèrement navrés.
Nous souhaitons également vous assurer que les valeurs de notre établissement reposent sur le respect et l'égalité de traitement de chacun de nos clients. Nous sommes donc particulièrement peinés que cette situation ait pu vous faire ressentir le contraire.
Nous regrettons également les autres manquements relevés : l'absence de votre attention de bienvenue Platinum, les désagréments liés à l'état de la suite à votre arrivée, la carte de parking oubliée dans la chambre, ainsi que le manque d'informations concernant les avantages inclus dans votre réservation. Chacun de ces éléments, pris individuellement comme dans leur ensemble, est en dessous du niveau d'exigence que nous nous imposons.
Votre retour a été partagé avec les équipes concernées afin que ces dysfonctionnements servent à renforcer notre vigilance, tant sur la qualité de l'accueil que sur la préparation de nos suites et la reconnaissance de nos membres ALL.
Nous sommes conscients que les excuses ne gommeront pas la déception ressentie. Nous espérons néanmoins que vous accepterez nos sincères regrets pour cette expérience qui ne reflète pas le niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients.
